Desert Moon Lodge Retreat

A 3 day intimate desert retreat for the woman craving deep rest, nourishment, and a return to herself.
What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Moon Lodge Retreat is not a packed wellness weekend. It is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels balanced between the feminine and masculine, and you have the chance to reconnect with yourself.

❋ supportive community

Connection is a core part of the process. Being witnessed by other women is one of the most powerful ways to heal. You’ll learn more about yourself by being in a supportive group setting.

❋ shed, surrender & soften

Over the 3 days we will move through a journey of shedding what is holding us back from living in total alignment, surrendering to what is meant for us by releasing control, and softening into pleasures of being a woman.

❋ A nourishing Space

We prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and know that you will be fully taken care of. This is where we are reminded of how to live as The Nourished Woman.

An outdoor patio scene at dusk featuring a leafless tree decorated with string lights, a wooden picnic table with bottles and glasses, and a bar area with a stool, all next to a house with exterior lighting, against a background of a darkening landscape.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

This retreat is for women who…

my why

I created this retreat after having the honor to guide my first round of women through GET SYNCED - my 12 week group program to support women through deep rooted healing. What I continued to watch was how beautiful it was to witness the women support each other in community.

When the program ended, we all cried.

Which is why I wanted to create an opportunity for women to gather together — some new and some old, and reflect on the journeys we have had over the past year.

If you are reading this, it is because you have personally been in my world and I know you would be an integral part of this weekend journey.

I hope you join us!
