The Process

Phase 1: Decode

Together, we start to understand what the body is trying to communicate with you. We must understand what the body is trying to say in order to heal.

We begin to look at:

  • symptoms

  • cycle patterns

  • lifestyle habits

  • nourishment

  • stress load

  • functional lab data

  • emotional and behavioral patterns

  • limiting beliefs

Phase 2: Stabilize

The body must feel safe in order to heal. During this phase we focus on moving the body from survival mode to safety by establishing which areas in your life are causing stress.

This includes:

  • blood sugar regulation

  • foundational nourishment

  • nervous system support

  • sleep optimization

  • stress reduction

  • metabolic resilience

  • rewiring belief systems

Phase 3: Repair

A the body begins to feel more supported, it will naturally begin the repair process. At this point we are healing the root causes and you start to see the impact of your protocol.
